Training isn't the question.
Fitting it in is.

Most programs are built for someone who doesn't exist.

The textbook athlete. Unlimited time, no injuries, a schedule that never changes, nothing competing for their time and energy.
That person is not most people — and programs built for them fail most people. Here's why:

No intelligent structure

Exercise selection, loading, intensity, and recovery between sessions aren't afterthoughts — they're the job. Programs that ignore these principles don't just stall progress. They're a reliable path to burnout, injury, and starting over.

No adaptability

Adaptability is a fundamental of intelligent program design. Rigid programs break down the moment life outside the gym demands more. A well-designed system accounts for that from the start.

Unqualified advice

There's a difference between someone who understands program design and someone who's good at selling one. Most of what gets marketed as programming is the latter.

Designed to impress, not progress

More is not better. Long sessions, high volume, constant variety. It looks like a lot of work because it is. Volume without structure isn't programming — it's wasted time and effort.

There's a different approach

Two ways in. One philosophy.

What most people need isn't more volume or complexity — it's a smarter system that delivers results and maximises your time in the gym. If you're self-directed and just need a program you can trust: the subscription streams are built for you. If your goal is specific, your situation is complex, or you want the higher-touch approach with a coach in your corner: that's what 1:1 is for.

What 15+ years on the gym floor has taught me.

I’ve been the athlete who built their life around training. And I’m now the person who has to fit training around life. I understand both - not just as a coaching concept, but through lived experience.

After more than 15 years coaching people in person, I’ve learned that where most programs fail is the gap between what looks good in theory and applying it consistently when life isn't perfect. Work, kids, stress, changing schedules and competing priorities all influence how we train. Good coaching should account for that.

My coaching is shaped by years of continued learning and thousands of hours coaching people in person. The goal isn't to create the perfect program on paper - it's to build one that's structured enough to drive progress, flexible enough to adapt as life changes, and engaging enough that you actually look forward to training.

The fitness industry rewards attention, extremes, and people pretending to be experts in everything. That’s never been my approach. My focus is helping people get stronger, move better, and build a lasting relationship with training - one that improves their life outside the gym, without requiring them to live in it.

Because the best program isn't the one that looks perfect on paper. It's the one you can follow six months from now.

The proof is in the programming.

Selected for the Australian Dragon Boat Team

I made the Australian Team and was in the top 5 females for the benchmarking. Incredible achievement for only dragon boating for less than 3 years.

Lena came with one goal: get strong enough to make a difference in the boat ahead of the World Championships in Germany. No weight training background. New to dragon boating. She trialled for the Australian national team. She made it — top 5 females nationally for the benchmarking requirements, in under 3 years of the sport.

Pain gone. Stronger than ever.

I have never felt better and any pain or injury I've ever felt has either gone or been minimised. Training doesn't have to be 1.5hrs long to get the results I need.

Already active —  but had never followed structured strength and conditioning programming. Chronic pain that had been written off as "just part of it" cleared within a couple of months. Now feeling stronger than anything they'd done before, in less time.

1:1 - Good coaching adapts.

Life doesn't always go to plan. Work gets busy, injuries happen, goals change. That's why your program isn't fixed - it's reviewed, adjusted, and refined whenever it's needed, so your training continues to move you forward.

Want to know more before you sign up?

My programs are for people who want intelligent program structure and consistent progress, minus burnout. You'll become strong, powerful, and durable — whether you’re playing sport, keeping up with kids, carrying groceries, or just moving through your day. This system builds well rounded fitness: strength to move heavy, aerobic capacity to support recovery and cardiovascular health, and improved mobility/stability/ joint health.

For 1:1 clients, the program is built from your onboarding information - it is 100% tailored to you and your goals, and adjusted as often as needed.
EA: Base is designed for people who need more flexibility with their training schedule. Full-body sessions are highly efficient, delivering meaningful results even when you have limited time. Because of this, if you can only hit two strength sessions per week, you will still see results.

If you're a 1:1 client, the program is built around the availability you've given.
It doesn't replace it — it's a different model, and why 1:1 clients undergo a movement and conditioning assessment, so I have an understanding of how move before I write your program. This means you're starting with movements relative to where you're at. The onboarding questionnaire covers your level of training experience in detail — what gets built is reflective of the information you provide. You don't need to be advanced. You need to be willing to show up.
If you’re completely new to lifting, the Everyday Athlete: Base program is the best starting point. Subscription clients generally already have a level of familiarity with the gym. Loads are self-regulated, coaching notes guide your decisions, and you’re encouraged to prioritise form over ego lifting. If you have injuries, medical conditions, or concerns, seek clearance before starting. Coaching notes and demo videos are provided, but this is still a self-directed program.
Life happens. If something major changes — injury, family, work — we deal with it. The 12-week minimum exists because that's the realistic timeframe to build consistency and see genuine results. It's not a trap. If your circumstances genuinely change and you need to stop, that's a conversation, not a locked door.
I'm not building a personal brand. I'm building a coaching business, and the difference shows in the work. 10+ years of in-person coaching experience, and results like Lena's — selected for the Australian Dragon Boat Team with no prior strength training background.

Continuing to coach in person isn't accidental — it's intentional. There's no substitute for real-time information. Watching how people show up on any given day, adapting on the fly, understanding the gap between what someone can do on paper and what they actually bring to a session — that's where programming instincts get sharpened. It's what keeps the online work honest.
That depends on more than the program. Coaching lays the foundation for each session. The other 23 hours of your day are on you. Sleep, nutrition, stress, recovery — these aren't footnotes, they're the majority of the equation, and no program overrides them.

What I can tell you: subscription clients typically notice a difference in how they feel and move within 4–6 weeks of consistent training. Meaningful strength and conditioning progress takes at least 12 weeks of showing up. Anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. The 12-week minimum for 1:1 coaching exists for exactly this reason.

You do the work.
The program makes sure it counts.

You've read this far. You already know if it's for you. Pick where you want to start.
